Founder & CEOMatt is a seasoned supply chain and business operations executive with over 30 years of experience helping organizations navigate growth, complexity, and transformation. With a rare blend of Big 4 consulting and hands-on industry leadership, Matt has led strategic initiatives spanning supply chain optimization, systems implementations, and enterprise-wide performance improvement.
Over the course of his career, he has built and led high-performing teams, managed P&Ls, improved asset utilization, and negotiated multimillion-dollar logistics contracts. He is known for driving operational turnarounds, executing complex integrations, and scaling capabilities for both Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies.
Whether launching a new system, fixing a broken process, or enabling a business to scale, He brings a practical, data-driven approach rooted in leadership, precision, and results. Above all, he is passionate about building strong, collaborative teams and delivering solutions that work.
When not partnering with businesses to solution a challenge, Matt is serving at his church, enjoying quality time with his family, volunteering in his community, or watching anything UNC Tar Heel sports related.
